"I received a message 15 mins prior to the booking time to advise that there was no longer a driver for the booking and another was being sought. I tried to contact the office but it was an answering machine.
Eventually someone did call me back. The driver drove past the collection point. I called earlier in the day to give more detail as to the collection point to try and make it easier for the driver, however, the operative I spoke to didn't update the booking - advising that it wasn't necessary - when clearly it was necessary. The driver, however, was excellent - apologetic and friendly."

"Wonderful experience. Driver arrived in advance of pick up time to take us to the airport. Very courteous man. Helped with luggage. Car was immaculate and water was provided for our journey. What a way to set off for a holiday. Same on return, waiting for us and put luggage in boot for us. Very safe and comfortable journey home.
Will certainly use again. Can thoroughly recommend.
